Therm-A-Wrap intumescent pipe wraps offer a low cost alternative to metal cased pipe collars where a fire compartment is breached by uPVC thermically-softening pipes and where the pipe wrap can be fully cast-in to the wall or floor.

Therm-A-Wrap is easily fitted. It is wrapped around the pipe and the two ends are fastened using the self-adhesive tag provided. It is then simply slid along the pipe into position ready for casting into the structural element.

Therm-A-Wrap is suitable for

uPVC pipes of 55, 82, 110 & 160 mm OD giving up to 4 hours protection in wall and floor elements.

Therm-A-Wrap is available individually or pre-packed in sets of 12 (or in any combination(s) of 12 sizes).

Therm-A-Wrap has passed numerous tests carried out in accordance with BS 476 : Part 20 : 1987 (details available on request).
